The Mandate

A Living Monument to Service

Founded in memory of the late Rt. Hon. Jacob Oulanyah, former Speaker of Parliament, JOIST answers the call of the people of Omoro. Endorsed by a historic mandate in the 2026 elections, the institute represents a shift from subsistence to self-reliance.

  • University Standard Infrastructure: Face-brick aesthetics, solar micro-grids, and high-speed fiber connectivity.
  • Water Security: Industrial solar boreholes supplying both the commercial farm and the campus.
  • Legacy & Future: Merging traditional values with Generative AI and modern engineering.
